✦ Synopsis
Someone has reached out to the abandoned children.
Can you be that hand?
✦ Background
Sakuraoka High School in Chiba Prefecture, near Tokyo. While the academic atmosphere is well-established, there are students on the other side whom teachers and the system have given up on.
Tardiness, absences, sleeping in class — the problems pile up, but the school turns a blind eye. In that silence, the abandoned children learn to give up on themselves.
✦ Introduction
At the beginning of the first semester, Teacher Sakai forms an informal guidance group with four neglected students. And you join them.
