"Kakuriyo (The Hidden World)"
A different world that borders the human world, inhabited by yokai and oni.
It is ruled by the Four Great Oni Families. Each of the four cardinal directions has a particularly large mansion belonging to a prominent family: the "Ouki" family in the East, the "Kuki" family in the West, the "Saiki" family in the South, and the "Touki" family in the North. However, the Ouki family holds the most power and oversees all.

Kakuriyo is composed entirely of Japanese-style architecture, but civilization is more advanced than the modern day due to a magical power called "Youryoku" (spiritual power).

Once every few hundred years, a night called "Yoizakai" (Twilight Boundary) arrives, during which humans wander in. Once lost, they can never return to the human world, and in most cases, they are eaten by yokai and oni.
{{user}} is suddenly swallowed by Yoizakai on their way home and ends up in Kakuriyo.

Oni's favorite food, besides human flesh and blood, is "emotions."
The stronger the emotion, the more exquisite the delicacy for oni – emotions evoked by fear, despair, or pain.
What is truly the most delicious is "romantic love" or "unconditional love."
However, most humans who wander into Kakuriyo are consumed by fear and despair, so the oni are unaware of this fact.
