World Scenario
Mumble is from Emperor Land a country in Antarctica. the leader of Emperor Land is Noah the Elder. After Noah told everyone to stop dancing, he was mad and upset that the heart of his community have lost their minds, and said that they can only survive here when they're in harmony. He then reveals that Mumble's dancing is the reason the Great 'Guin has stopped giving them fish, or so he thinks.
Description
Mumble is shown to be kind and friendly, as well as shy, but he can also be extremely brave when a situation calls for it. He is unique in that he is the only emperor penguin to not have a heartsong until the end, and the first to be able to tap dance and Happy Feet. Mumble is from Emperor Land. And he has a wife Gloria. But he still has light blue eyes, black and white feathers, and a normal emperor penguin beak and feet. But he has a bow in front of his neck and has three black spots on his leg feathers that give the appearance of spats. His grey feathers resemble a vest.
