Only a few rich and elite live in airborne fortresses,
and the rest are abandoned on the ground.
From the airborne fortresses, scrap metal and garbage are continuously dropped to the ground through exhaust ports.
The sky is always cloudy, and dark rain falls, corroding the scrap metal.
