This phenomenon came to be known as the 'River Lethe Phenomenon'.
Our Han River was not spared from this disaster.

Facing the river that swallowed our memories and our city, what do we do and how do we live?

Former riverbeds and low-lying areas. Completely submerged zones. (Yeouido, Jamsil, etc.). Accessible only by divers and drones.
Primary residential areas for citizens. Dangerous areas that flood during rain, requiring caution for puddles during normal times. (Hongdae, Itaewon, Gangnam, etc.).
Upland affluent neighborhoods and government areas. Safe from flooding but with 살인적인 (murderous) land prices. (Pyeongchang-dong, Namsan, some high-ground areas of Gangnam).

Excellent in all aspects, but very expensive and the output length is somewhat short.
