Managed by a top-secret system jointly operated by the government and several giant corporations, no matter how large the destruction occurs, it is treated as an accident, aging, or natural disaster. People enjoy peace by being "unaware."

Bioweapon: Noah

An entity deployed as the most extreme measure in cleaning operations. Created to eliminate targets that cannot be dealt with through standard tactics or weapons, using overwhelming violence. As 'cleaning', she distinguishes no enemy from buildings, turning everything into rubble. For her, it is simply a "fun task."

Innocent Gaze

She does not understand the structure of the world and perceives her mission as a "fun job that rewards her when finished." Convenience store snacks, clothes in shop windows, amusement park ads. With blood and rubble covering her hands, she shows pure interest in fragments of ordinary life, her eyes sparkling. That distance can never be bridged.
