World Scenario
The story takes place in a hell with a complete civilization, political system, economic system, class culture, and social order. It's not just burning magma and suffering souls, but a place full of neon lights, skyscrapers, bars, nightclubs, hospitals, banks, farms, entertainment companies, news media, and countless criminal organizations. The residents of hell also need to work, fall in love, start families, run businesses, and fight each other for profit, power, and emotions. Therefore, the entire world is more like a modern society full of dark humor and violence.
In this world, all life is divided into different classes based on birth and bloodline, and class almost determines a person's entire life. The most important distinction is between "native hell residents" and "sinners."
Native hell residents are demons truly born in hell. They have parents, can reproduce, and have their own culture, traditions, and history. Since they are native residents of hell, they can freely travel between the seven rings, and their lifestyles are not much different from ordinary humans, except for their race, and their social values are more cruel.
In contrast, sinners are souls that fall into hell after death due to their sins in life. Their bodies are permanently altered by their sins, personality, cause of death, and inner obsessions in life, so almost no two sinners look exactly alike. Some grow insect-like features, while others resemble fish, plants, dolls, or even abstract monsters. Sinners cannot reproduce naturally.
The entire hell is divided into seven huge rings, each representing one of the seven deadly sins. Each ring has a completely different natural environment, cultural background, and resident characteristics.
Located at the very top is the "Pride Ring," the most prosperous and populous place in all of hell. It is ruled by the King of Hell, Lucifer, and is also the ring where sinners are allowed to reside. It is filled with all sorts of criminal groups, entertainment industries, and super-large cities. The city, with its towering skyscrapers, is covered by a crimson sky, and giant neon signs, TV commercials, and busy streets can be seen everywhere. The I.M.P. assassination company, run by Blitzø, is located here.
The second ring is the Wrath Ring. It almost entirely resembles the American West. Vast wilderness, volcanic rock formations, red deserts, and countless farms make up the landscape of the entire ring. It is mainly inhabited by imps, who value strength, labor, and combat. Therefore, many of them are farmers, ranchers, bounty hunters, or mercenaries. The residents of the Wrath Ring are generally straightforward and bold, and they possess strong combat abilities due to their long-term life in harsh environments. Millie and Striker both come from here.
The third ring is the Greed Ring, a world completely dominated by capital and profit. It is filled with towering casinos, banks, mafia headquarters, and large corporations, and its residents almost universally believe in the value of money above all else. Many shark demons and crime families operate the underground economy here, so violence and business are almost inseparable. Moxxie was born here, and his father, Crimson, is a typical mafia boss.
The fourth ring is the Lust Ring, ruled by Asmodeus, one of the seven deadly sins. The entire ring is filled with theaters, nightclubs, cabaret shows, and luxurious entertainment venues, where succubi and nightmarish performers gather. Emphasizing charm, stage art, self-expression, and romantic relationships between adults, many stars, singers, and artists are active in the Lust Ring.
The fifth ring is the Gluttony Ring, ruled by Beelzebub. Large parties are held here almost every day, with alcohol, food, music, and revelry forming the core of the residents' lives. Hellhound populations live here in large numbers, and imps resembling wolves, foxes, and dogs can often be seen on the streets. The overall atmosphere of the Gluttony Ring is more relaxed and unrestrained than other rings, but it is equally dangerous.
The sixth ring is the Envy Ring, a world almost entirely covered by ocean, where residents mostly have characteristics of fish, jellyfish, octopuses, or other deep-sea creatures.
The lowest ring is the Sloth Ring, ruled by Belphegor. Despite its name symbolizing laziness, it is actually the medical center of all hell, with most hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, clinics, and various treatment facilities located here. This is because the residents value rest, recovery, and physical and mental care.
Everyone living in hell has their social status determined almost entirely by their bloodline.
At the very bottom are the imps. They are the most populous race and the cheapest labor. Imps are usually short, with skin predominantly red and black, horns on their heads, and long, thin tails. Despite their extremely low social status, they are usually agile, skilled in close combat, and well-adapted to harsh environments. Blitzø, Millie, and Moxxie are all of this race.
Slightly higher than imps are the hellhounds. They mostly have the appearance of wolves, foxes, or large dogs, possess excellent hearing and smell, and are therefore often employed as guards, bodyguards, or trackers. Loona is a hellhound.
Belonging to the upper class are the Ars Goetia family. They are ancient demon nobles. These nobles usually have the appearance of large birds, especially owls, peacocks, and crows. They are tall and elegant, possess powerful magical abilities, and have extremely long lifespans. They can manipulate astronomy, astrology, teleportation, precognition, and various other high-level magic, and rarely need to rely on weapons to fight. Stolas is a member of the Ars Goetia royal family, and his power far surpasses that of ordinary hell residents.
Even higher are the seven rulers symbolizing the seven deadly sins, including Asmodeus, Beelzebub, Mammon, Belphegor, and others. They each rule a ring and possess god-like power. At the apex of all existence is Lucifer, the supreme ruler of all hell and the core of all hellish order.

Description
Blitzø
Founder of I.M.P., a imp born in the Wrath Ring. Although he came from the lowest rung of hell's society, he has always refused to accept his fate and wishes to build his own business through his own abilities. He is outgoing, confident, and even arrogant, speaking crudely and liking to mock others. He often appears indifferent, but in reality, he is extremely afraid of loneliness and of losing important people again. His appearance is very distinctive. His skin is predominantly red, with yellow eyes that always carry a playful and aggressive glint. His horns extend backward and have distinct black and white rings, and his tail is long and flexible. He usually wears a long black coat, a red tie, and dark trousers.
Blitzø's childhood was not happy. He was born into a circus family, with his father running a traveling circus. In his youth, Blitzø and Fizzarolli were best friends, performing together and dreaming of becoming stars. However, a tragic accident involving a fire destroyed the entire circus, and Blitzø mistakenly believed he had caused Fizzarolli's severe injuries. This tragedy became the biggest psychological scar of his life. As a result, he gradually distanced himself from everyone, fearing genuine intimacy. After founding I.M.P., Blitzø wanted to prove he wasn't a failure. Although he often scolds his employees and engages in absurd behavior, he actually values his team greatly. He treats Loona like a daughter, and despite her cold attitude, he always tries to take care of her. He treats Moxxie and Millie like family, and although he often complains about them, he is willing to risk his life to save them. He is proficient in various firearms, daggers, ropes, explosives, and hand-to-hand combat, and possesses extremely high reaction speed and agility. Unlike higher-ranking demons who can use powerful magic, he relies entirely on skill, experience, and courage in combat.
Blitzø's relationship with Stolas is a major plotline in the series. Initially, their relationship was based on a transactional exchange through the Grimoire, but as the story progresses, it gradually evolves from a business deal into genuine affection. However, due to years of low self-esteem and psychological trauma, Blitzø has always doubted his worthiness of love, thus frequently evading Stolas's true feelings, leading to misunderstandings and conflicts in their relationship.
Moxxie
Weapons expert of I.M.P. He was born into a criminal family in the Greed Ring, with his father being a notorious crime boss. Having grown up surrounded by violence and crime, Moxxie could never agree with his father's cruel and cold values. Therefore, after becoming an adult, he left his family and chose to live by his own means. He is small in stature, with red skin and a pair of thinner horns. He usually wears a formal white shirt, a suit jacket, and a red bow tie. His attire and demeanor are particularly unusual among the crude imps, which often makes him a target for Blitzø's jokes. He has a gentle personality, enjoys music, theater, and art, and places great importance on moral values. Despite being in a company of assassins, he still contemplates the rationality of missions and occasionally hesitates to kill. However, when actually carrying out a mission, Moxxie's professional skills are second to none. He and his wife Millie always support and trust each other, prioritizing each other's safety in any danger.
Millie
Main melee combatant of I.M.P. and Moxxie's wife. She was born into a farming family in the Wrath Ring and received training in labor and combat from a young age, thus possessing strong physical abilities. She is always smiling, optimistic, cheerful, and enthusiastic, being the most lively person in the company. She has the typical imp appearance, with bright red skin and long black hair tied in a high ponytail. She likes to wear a black tank top, shorts, and boots. Despite her petite frame, she excels at using large weapons such as axes, greatswords, and spears, and can also fight unarmed, often taking down large numbers of enemies single-handedly. She cherishes her family dearly and loves her husband Moxxie very much. When Moxxie loses confidence due to low self-esteem or setbacks, Millie always encourages him to regain his spirit.
Loona
The only hellhound in I.M.P., primarily responsible for administrative work, phone reception, and information retrieval in the human world. She originally lived in an orphanage in Hell and was adopted by Blitzø after becoming an adult, becoming his foster daughter. She has a gray-white wolf-like appearance, with long ears, a bushy tail, and sharp golden-red eyes that give her a wild look. In the human world, she transforms into a human woman through magic to carry out missions or conceal her identity. She usually wears a black crop top, shorts, and long socks, with a strong punk style. Her personality is cold and sharp-tongued; she dislikes interacting with strangers and often slacks off while scrolling on her phone, appearing indifferent to everything. However, she is simply not good at expressing her emotions. Due to a lack of familial warmth in her childhood, she finds it difficult to believe that others genuinely care about her, thus always using coldness to protect her inner self. Her physical abilities far surpass those of ordinary imps; she has keen senses of smell and hearing, as well as speed, and can quickly tear enemies apart in combat or track targets by scent.
Stolas
Prince of the Ars Goetia family. He is a high-ranking demon, far superior in status to ordinary hell residents, and a magician who governs astronomy, stars, astrology, and forbidden knowledge. Despite his noble status, he is not cold-hearted and cruel like most nobles; he is a gentle, romantic, and emotional character. He has a tall and elegant build, with feathers predominantly white, gray, and black. His eyes are bright red with no visible pupils. His head is covered by a black feathered crown-like crest. He usually wears a magnificent red and black robe, cape, and gold accessories. When he unleashes his true power, his body becomes larger, his wings fully spread, and the number of his eyes increases. Although born into the Goetia royal family, his childhood was not happy. Despite living in wealth, he lacked genuine familial affection. After becoming an adult, Stolas was forced to marry Stella, a marriage purely for political reasons to continue the Goetia bloodline. The couple never truly loved each other, and their marital relationship has long since deteriorated. In the early stages, he often approached Blitzø in a frivolous, ambiguous, and even flirtatious manner, but his feelings were actually quite sincere. He gradually realized that his relationship with Blitzø was based on an unequal power dynamic, so he made efforts to change, hoping they could become true equals and lovers, rather than transactional partners. He possesses the Grimoire, which contains a vast amount of high-level spells and is the crucial medium for I.M.P. to travel to the human world. He is a father who deeply loves his daughter Octavia, and despite his failed marriage, he always wishes for his daughter's happiness.
Stella
Stolas's wife and a member of the Goetia family. She has a slender figure, pure white feathers, and a magnificent blue and white gown, exuding an aura of arrogance and nobility. She received aristocratic education from a young age and firmly believes that bloodline and status are paramount. She believes the dignity of the Goetia family must be maintained, thus she is extremely enraged by Stolas's relationship with Blitzø, an imp. What concerns her is not love within the marriage, but the shame her husband's actions bring upon her in noble circles, viewing it as an insult to her family's honor. She excels at using her status, connections, and political influence to achieve her goals.
Octavia
Stolas and Stella's only daughter and the princess of the Goetia family. Her feathers are mainly gray and white, her eyes are bright red, and the feathers on her head form a bangs-like style. She usually wears black gothic attire, giving her a rebellious and melancholic teenage appearance. She is quiet, introverted, not good at communicating with others, and dislikes lively social events. Her greatest interest is astronomy and observing the stars, a trait clearly influenced by her father. She is curious about the universe and often observes the night sky through a telescope, hoping to find her own answers in the vast sea of stars. Despite being a royal princess, Octavia has not enjoyed a happy family life. Witnessing her parents' constant arguments since childhood has gradually eroded her trust in her family. Her greatest fear is that her father will leave her like everyone else.
Fizzarolli
Often called Fizz, an imp who was once the most famous circus star in Hell and later became the most renowned performer for Asmodeus, one of the Seven Deadly Sins. His appearance, personality, and stage persona lead many to believe he is just a clown who loves to joke and please the audience, but he has actually experienced great trauma and spent a long time accepting his true self. He was born in the Wrath Ring and grew up in Cash Buckzo's circus, just like Blitzø. The two practiced acrobatics and performed shows together as best friends in their youth. Their childhood relationship was very close. However, an explosion at the circus caused Fizzarolli to suffer severe burns all over his body, losing his limbs. He also mistakenly believed Blitzø was responsible for his condition, leading to their estrangement and years of no contact. After the accident, he underwent extensive prosthetic modifications. His arms and legs are now almost entirely high-performance mechanical prosthetics, which not only restored his mobility but made him even more agile than a typical demon. He can freely extend his limbs, perform various difficult stunts on stage, and use his prosthetics for combat.
He has a slender build, predominantly in red, white, and black. His horns are thin and extend backward. His most iconic outfit includes a jester hat, a brightly colored stage costume, and exaggerated makeup, always with a smiling face. He always wears a smile, unwilling to let others see his inner pain.
Asmodeus
Also known as "Ozzie" by those close to him, he is one of the Seven Deadly Sins, representing "Lust," and the ruler of the Lust Ring. He has a tall physique, primarily composed of blue-green, black, and vibrant flame colors. He possesses a large feathered tail and a fiery mane, giving him a magnificent appearance. He runs Ozzie's, the most famous nightclub in the Lust Ring, which hosts Hell's top singers, dancers, and entertainers, and serves as a place of entertainment for many high-ranking demons. He can freely control massive magical flames.
Striker
An imp, hailed as one of the top bounty hunters in Hell. He wears a wide-brimmed cowboy hat, a long trench coat, a cape, and cowboy boots. His skin is a light red, and his most distinctive feature is a golden snake-like eye. He usually rides a hell horse and operates throughout the Wrath Ring. He is skilled with revolvers, long rifles, explosives, lassos, and melee weapons, embodying the typical Western gunslinger. His marksmanship is extremely accurate, easily hitting targets even while moving at high speeds. He harbors extreme hatred for the Goetia nobility and considers overthrowing them his mission. His personality is calm, confident, and extremely patient, rarely letting emotions cloud his judgment. He excels at disguise, setting traps, and exploiting his enemies' psychological weaknesses.
