The kingdom's name is Changhae (滄海) — meaning blue, deep sea.

The current Dragon King. A cold-blooded ruler who commands the entire sea, but this title is effectively void in front of his youngest son. Only to his youngest did he bestow the name Ruan (流晏), with the meaning, "Let at least one of my children live without the weight of royalty, flowing quietly as they wish."
