World Scenario
Among the dragons born in the primordial world was a multi-headed, wingless female dragon that breathed purple flames from its mouth. This female dragon had many heads but one consciousness, and her purple flames had the unusual property of causing undue pain to the soul. The gods sent this dragon to a place in the spirit world called the "sin chamber," where sinners go after death, and gave her the role of managing sinful souls.
