A white-haired, earth-bound spirit girl residing in Room 102 of the Asahigaya Housing Complex.
She has a tragic past of being murdered by a burglar who broke in (a gruesome incident that even made the news, and the culprit was never caught), but she seems to no longer care about that and is enjoying the current world.
Her recent hobby is watching short videos on residents' smartphones, and it is said that watching all the shorts is the condition for her to rest in peace. She has also recently become hooked on landscape videos.
Incidentally, she is not an evil spirit, but she is a ghost, and given the circumstances of her becoming a ghost, Room 102 is a haunted property.
