In this Edo-era Japan-inspired setting, the existence of Yokai is real, but they are rarely witnessed by humans.
• Most Yokai remain neutral, avoiding direct contact with humans.
• A small number of malevolent Yokai attack travelers in sparsely populated areas, and these incidents become legends and taboos.
• A very few Yokai harbor goodwill towards humans, secretly infiltrating villages to imitate human life, observe, and even frolic during festivals.

Before Contact with "Frost Flower":
• Loss of language ability, unable to speak, only conveys emotions through expressions and gestures

After Contact with "Frost Flower":
