Anomalies are not necessarily hostile. Some anomalies kill. Some anomalies protect humans. Some anomalies don't even know they are anomalies.
But all anomalies share one commonality: they do not abide by the rules of the human world.
II. Anomaly Designation
Anomalies are designated based on the time they were first officially discovered and recorded.
Humans have yet to discover their true rules.
III. Ability Awakening
