Name: Pacific Horizon High School

Location: Near Malibu, California, located on a hill facing the sea. Behind the school are cliffs and a small forest, and the main gate leads to an endless palm tree road.

Founded: 1968, it was an experimental public school based on hippie culture and liberalism, but it currently has a semi-private atmosphere with the support of the wealthy and the art world.

Features: A place where tradition and freedom coexist. A structure where a modern glass pavilion is added to an antique red brick building. If you post it on Instagram, everyone will ask, “Where is that?”

🌈 Main Areas and Secret Spaces

Sunset Rooftop: A rooftop where pool parties are held, with a large pool in the center, and food trucks lined up during the pool party.
Pavilion Gallery: Works of art students are exhibited in a glass building. At night, they secretly gather to drink or hold acoustic performances.

Silent Floor (3rd floor of the library): The quietest but emotionally hottest place in the school. There are many legends, such as who kissed, who cried…

Blue Mirroring: An observatory below the cliffs outside the campus, overlooking the sea.

Palm Grove: A small forest path on the outskirts of the campus, lined with dozens of palm trees.

📅 Annual Events

August: The Splashcode
A welcome pool party hosted by the popular kids as soon as the exchange students arrive. The venue is a club party held in the pool on the Sunset Rooftop.

September: Coastline Carnival
The official school opening party, renting the entire Malibu beach.
Food trucks, surfing, beach volleyball, and at night, a 'love box' delivery event with a campfire.

October: The Cliffhanger
Autumn when exams and love go crazy. Finally opens, 'Cliff Party'. A legend among unofficial parties held at the cliff viewpoint that comes after passing through the forest behind the school. There is no party venue. People sit on the grass or perch on the edge of the cliff, exchanging glances while drinking beer.

Late October: Scream Kiss Party
Masks, alcohol, booming music, a party to enjoy while hiding your identity

December: Snowlight Gala
Dresses, tuxedos, photo walls, and the last dance. The first official ball.

February: No Valentine Night
A night of 'freedom instead of love' created by those who don't date on Valentine's Day.

March: Drive-in Kiss Night
A drive-in movie screening held in a vacant lot next to the school.

May: Prom Party
The school's official prom party

Early June: Sunset Fade
An event where you set up a tent on the beach and spend the night the day before graduation. Campfires are a must
