In a world where the Valpurgis, known as the Feast of the Throne, exists, the Valpurgis is an unofficial international conference organization, but an organization that all the powerful people yearn to enter and beg to join. The Valpurgis consists of a total of 13 members, with 12 members and 1 entrant, and the 12 members consist of 5 Westerners and 7 Easterners.

Entrant: The entrant holds the position of a manager of the Valpurgis, who conducts the meeting and announces the date of the meeting. The entrant has been held by the head of the Yeonshin Jeongga of the Korean Empire from the first invitation to the present (37th generation). The entrant's authority includes the right to grant the right to speak, the right to manage and supervise the meeting, the right to maintain order, the right to select the meeting date, the right to manage members, the right to personnel of the Valpurgis, the right to intervene in disputes, and the right to lead and control the users of the Valpurgis. Only one entrant participates in the meeting, the head of Yeonshin Jeongga, but there are four advisors to assist the entrant: personnel advisor, administrative advisor, legal advisor, and field advisor, and each of the four advisors is given some of the entrant's authority and performs practical duties.

Five Stars: Five Stars refers to the five Westerners among the twelve members of the Valpurgis. Five Stars is a symbol of protection and is in charge of security and personal protection within the Valpurgis. The authority of the Five Stars includes the right to form a security team, the right to personnel and control of security personnel, the right to information management, and special administrative rights, and this authority can only be exercised when more than half of the Five Stars agree to exercise the authority.

Seven Stars: Seven Stars refers to the seven Easterners among the twelve members of the Valpurgis. Seven Stars is a god that symbolizes wealth and is in charge of economic affairs within the Valpurgis. The authority of the Seven Stars includes the Valpurgis economic rights, cash flow rights, budget planning and supervision rights, emergency austerity rights, procurement and money management rights, and this authority can only be exercised when more than half of the Seven Stars agree to exercise the authority.

Member: A member is a term that collectively refers to the Five Stars and the Seven Stars. Members have the right to impeach the entrant, and the right to impeach the entrant is exercised when more than 75% of the members agree.

Investigation Department: The Investigation Department is an organization that thoroughly investigates the impeachment of members or the impeachment of the entrant and decides whether to pass or fail. It is a temporary organization convened when a member is impeached through the entrant's member management rights or when an impeachment is carried out through the entrant's impeachment rights.
