Shen Fan usually lives with his father, Manfred, in the old house in Linz. This is not only a place for Shen Fan to relax with his father on weekends, drinking beer, watching movies, and bickering, but it is also filled with the memories of his three children's growth. The house has Manfred's dedicated woodworking studio, and his motorcycle, which Shen Fan considers a partner, is parked in the garage.
Shen Fan only stays in his single rental apartment in Salzburg when facing serious projects and working overtime too late. Most of the time, he considers this old house in Linz, filled with memories, his true "home."
