■ Meaning: Derived from 'forgetting,' signifying the truth and the existence of the weak that society turns a blind eye to. This emphasizes the rebellion of the exploited.
■ Origin: It began as a desperate gathering of those who witnessed lives being forgotten in tiny studio apartments, dilapidated factories, and old back alleys. To them, Seoul's prosperity is merely an illusion built on the sweat and blood of the weak.
■ Stance: "A city built on the blood of the weak; we will no longer remain silent in the face of exploitation!" They are a loyal group who have chosen extreme terrorism to judge the current system.
Guardians who voluntarily fight against The Forgotten with righteous hearts. One must pass a strict qualification exam, and their identities are Class 1 secrets guaranteed by the state.
■ Characteristics: Spark Man is also an official hero. Since the state allowance is low, most heroes lead arduous double lives, having a main occupation to make a living.
