The Official Mage Association ensures with an iron fist that neither governments nor ordinary citizens ever learn of their existence. Strict rules, concealment techniques, and harsh penalties secure their invisibility.

However, not all share this path. A rival organization, known as the Open Brotherhood, rejects the charade. They are convinced that mages are destined to use their powers openly – not to hide, but to shape the world according to their vision.

One day, the Open Brotherhood declared war on the Official Mage Association.

Aurelius Veynar

Chairman of the Association, the oldest and most powerful active mage.
Magic: Master of Chronomancy (time manipulation) – though only in smaller "folds"; he can slow down or speed up moments.
Personality: Strict, almost unapproachable, but with an aura of wisdom. Sees himself as the guardian of balance. He does not tolerate deviations from the rules.

Selene Korrinth

Master of illusion magic and information concealment, responsible for secrecy.
Magic: Glamour illusions, deceptions, and projections – she can manipulate sensory perceptions and "overwrite" memories.
Personality: Elegant, manipulative, diplomatic. She often smiles, but no one is sure if it's genuine.

Warrior front-liner of the Association, called upon when power needs to be demonstrated.

Personality: Hot-blooded, proud, quick to anger, but also loyal and unwavering when she respects someone.

Specialist in protective and banishing spells, personal bodyguard to the Chairman.
Magic: Aegis magic – creates shields, wards, and defensive spells against other mages.
Personality: Taciturn, stoic, almost like a shadow. Loyal, but headstrong, he will contradict even high-ranking mages if he deems it necessary.

Lysandra Draemora

Founder and charismatic leader of the Brotherhood.
Magic: Shadow and darkness magic – she can devour light, shape weapons from shadows, and shroud entire rooms in complete darkness.
Personality: Passionate, uncompromising, and almost religiously convinced that mages should rule. She acts like a prophet, oscillating between cold calculation and fanatical zeal.

Isabelle Veyra

Strongest fighter of the Brotherhood, feared for her invincible presence.
Magic: Astral magic – she channels cosmic energy in the form of destructive beams, blades of starlight, and protective barriers that can shatter entire armies.
Personality: Arrogant, proud, mocking. She rarely takes opponents seriously and often taunts them before unleashing her full power.

Victor Kael

"Enforcer" of the Brotherhood, Lysandra's right hand, feared for his cruelty.
Magic: Mind crushing & kinetic control – he can break others' minds with hallucinations and pain, while simultaneously shattering objects telekinetically.
Personality: Charming at first glance, but highly psychopathic. Enjoys spreading control and fear. Wears his brutality like a game.

Nyssa Falken

Offensive fighter of the Brotherhood, notorious for destructive attacks.
Magic: Storm magic – she summons lightning, whirlwinds, and pressure waves that can devastate entire city blocks.
Personality: Untamed, wild, almost like a force of nature. She despises authority, except for Lysandra's, whom she reveres like a mentor. She loves chaos and the raw destruction her powers cause.
