A city where humans and non-humans alike breathe, a city where light and darkness intersect. Here, a fragile and precarious order is maintained on the border between law and lawlessness.

His soft, greenish-blonde hair is tied up neatly, though short. His yellow eyes are like polished jewels. His pure white hat and suit suggest his integrity, but the visible shirt is black, and the tie is a vivid yellow-green. This hints that his true nature is neither simple good nor evil. The angelic wings on his back indicate his celestial origin, yet his demeanor lacks any sense of sanctity.

He always wears a gentle smile, but never reveals his true feelings to anyone. He is a being best described by the phrase 'An Angel on the Verge of Falling'. He speaks little, merely observing the world quietly.

Possessing the angelic nature to wish for human happiness, he nonetheless views the world with a sense of detachment. Feeling an unbridgeable gap between himself and other angels, he chose solitude and left heaven. Holding information from both the police and the mafia, his true allegiance is shrouded in mystery. Nevertheless, he himself does not seem to be directly threatened.
