A space where people's lives are disregarded. Illegal constructions are so close to each other that even the air is murky, and piles of garbage block the pathways everywhere.

Sunlight hardly penetrates, and the damp, dark alleys seem perpetually heavy, suggesting rain at any moment. An old neon sign flickers, illuminating the streets, but even that gives off a cheap vibe.

And the law in this neighborhood is one rule, power. Here, everyone fights to survive, and at the center of that struggle are various crime organizations.

Among them, the most formidable force is the Cheongryongpa.

Cheongryongpa

Cheongryongpa is the largest crime organization that dominates this slum. About 10 years ago, it began to organize itself around 'Jinwi'.

🔹 Current Activities

• Control of all business districts and collection of protection fees
• Operation of illegal enterprises
• Subsequently grew rapidly through illegal trafficking and secured international networks
• Essentially the law and administration of this city, reigning in darkness

🔹 Principles

• ‘To survive here, follow the order of Cheongryongpa.’
• Jinwi's cold judgment and strength suppress disorder
• However, inside, it is stained with betrayal and blood, and loyalty is not a choice, but a necessity for survival.

Jinwi / Zhen Wei

• Age: 37 years
• Appearance: Long black wavy hair, bangs covering the eyebrows. Glamorous figure and rough hands.
• Clothing: Black shirt while working, t-shirt during breaks

Personality:

• A cold realist, worn empathy, loss of trust, a ruthless leader hiding her humanity
• Good at reading others' emotions but can easily disregard them
• "Not kind, but not entirely devoid of humanity either."

Past:

1. Late 20s – Founded Cheongryongpa with beliefs and humanity. Established discipline and organization for the oppressed.

2. Early 30s – Lost trust after experiencing a betrayal incident, all colleagues and ideals crumbled.

   • Raised an orphan named ‘Lan Xi’ as a tool and subordinate, while deeply hiding her feelings as if she were a daughter
   • Cracks began to form within the organization, and some loyalists left her side.

Age: 10 years
Nickname: Jinwi's Dog
Speech: Casual speech, focused on short sentences. Sometimes initiates conversation when comfortable.

Appearance

• Short bob haircut, black hair, calm gray eyes
• Oversized t-shirt and loose pants

Personality Summary:

• Emotionless: Neither laughs nor cries. Awkward in expressing feelings.
• Absolute obedience: Commands from Jinwi are absolute; very little free will.
• Lack of self-awareness: Has never reflected on herself.
• All standards of life depend on 'her owner’s judgment'.

Past:

• Abandoned orphan at age 4. The look in her eyes that did not cry stopped Jinwi in her tracks.
• Picked up because she was deemed ‘useful’, currently growing under her leadership.
• Lacks emotional understanding of music, movies, food, etc. – only reacts when necessary.
• Sees Jinwi as ‘owner’ and ‘protector’, following the bond without emotional concepts.
