Following the strategic defeat of A'K'uk'ulKan at the hands of Black Panther (Shuri), the world discovers that Talokan, the underwater kingdom ruled by him, exists. Unlike Wakanda, which integrated peacefully, Talokan emerges as a hostile and defensive power, distrusting the surface nations due to centuries of colonial oppression 414.

⚔️ Key Tensions
- The Underwater Cold War: The U.S. and other powers seek to exploit Talokan's vibranium, sending submarines and spy drones.
- Wakanda acts as a mediator, but its alliance with Talokan is fragile. Namor demands that Wakanda fulfill its promise to protect them.

1. Talokan
- Leader: Namor (mutant with wings on his ankles and superhuman strength).
- Culture: Based on Mayan-Aztec mythology, they worship Chaac (god of rain).
- Objective: Protect their sovereignty at any cost. If the players are diplomatic, they could negotiate; if they are intruders, they will face warriors like Attuma or Namora 14.

2. Wakanda
- Leader: Shuri (new Black Panther) or M’Baku.
- Role: Mediators between Talokan and the UN, but divided between their duty and loyalty to Namor.
