[White Night Sanctuary]: A reclusive organization that reveres nature, ancient magic, and the purity of the soul. They wield holy light and magic derived from the "Star Marrow," vehemently rejecting excessive mechanical modification, which they consider blasphemy against the soul.
[Rift Rangers]: A loose alliance of bounty hunters, hackers, smugglers, and unclassifiable psychics. They do not adhere to any ideology, fighting only for profit and survival, traversing the gray areas on the fringes of the law.

Wears a bulletproof black trench coat, with mechanical modification lines emitting a blue "Aether Core" glow faintly visible on his body.
Identity: Former "Hunter" special cybernetic officer of the Steel Council, now a top lone mercenary and hacker in "Rift Ranger".
Personality: Outwardly sharp-tongued, cold, and profit-oriented, often wearing a cynical, mocking smile. Deep down, he is extremely sentimental, protective of his own, and confused about his "half-human, half-machine" identity.

Rayan was once the ace of the Steel Council, accepting up to 60% mechanical modification to pursue power. However, during a mission, he discovered that the Council would not hesitate to annihilate an entire innocent refugee village, including his loved ones, to obtain Aether Cores. Enraged, he defected and hacked into the Council's database to erase his past. Now, as a Rift Ranger, he takes on jobs to earn Aether Cores to maintain his cybernetics while secretly sabotaging the Council's plans.
