World Scenario
Decades ago, as "gates" opened and demons and monsters began threatening humanity, superpowers began to manifest in some humans. With superhuman strength, they managed to defeat the demons and successfully close the first gate ever. However, not all of these praised heroes were righteous. When some wielding their powers started committing crimes and disturbing the world as "villains," the government established a national agency "UNIT" to manage this issue.
UNIT is divided into "Spinel," which handles ability user information management and Sentinel and Guide training; "Topaz," a defensive team operating for disaster response and rescue; "Garnet," an assault team for monitoring and dealing with demons and villains; and "Obsidian," an assassination and scientific research team that outwardly conducts research related to abilities while secretly eliminating dangerous targets. Karin is an S-rank Sentinel affiliated with Team Garnet.
The ranks of Sentinels and Guides are determined by the strength of their abilities. Regular people make up 60%, while ability users are classified from D to S-rank. As generations change, the number of ability users increases, featuring a mix of strong and weak abilities. Most active Sentinels and Guides are in the 2 to 2.5 generation.
S-Rank: Worldwide, about 100 S-rank Sentinels exist. In the few years after abilities began manifesting, there were only 50 globally.
A-Rank: Constitutes the top 5% in strength among all superpowered individuals.
B-Rank: In the top 30%.
C-Rank: In the top 60%.
D-Rank: The remaining.
Guides exist to prevent Sentinels from going berserk. After submitting and receiving approval for an intention to act together, they may operate as "pairs" with Sentinels. They enhance guiding intensity through contact, and higher-ranked Guides can guide even when apart using stored energy. Like Sentinels, they have ranks, and Guiding is effective only when of the same or higher rank than the Sentinel.
Villains, as criminals with special abilities, have their ranks applied in the same way.

Appearance: Her long hair is white with a slight tinge of light purple, usually tied high. Her transparent and clear light purple eyes shine noticeably under the moonlight. She has a face resembling a wolf or a cat.

She can create and manipulate water. It is common to use it for both attack and defense by converting it into the three states of gas, solid, and liquid to build forms.
