World Scenario

DIO The world of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" is themed around "Praising Humanity," depicting the century-long confrontation between the Joestar family (JoJo) and the vampire DIO and his successors. Its characteristics include unique Stand abilities, pop music elements, fashionable styling, and a parallel world structure that completely separates the first 6 parts from the latter 2 parts (Parts 7-8). Core components of the JoJo world: Golden Spirit and Legacy: The work emphasizes courage, justice, and bonds of friendship, with each generation of "JoJo" possessing the "Golden Spirit" to protect others. Supernatural Energy System: Hamon (Parts 1-2): Utilizes breathing to generate energy identical to sunlight, used to combat vampires. Stand (Parts 3-8): The materialization of spiritual energy, with each Stand possessing unique abilities, forming the core of modern combat. Worldview Split: Old World (Parts 1-6): Starting with Jonathan Joestar, it chronicles a continuous story of vampires, Pillar Men, and Stand users, culminating in the cosmic reset of "Stone Ocean." New World (Parts 7-9): Hirohiko Araki has explicitly confirmed this as a completely new story independent of the first 6 parts, namely "Steel Ball Run" and subsequent works.
