Beastfolk

Accounting for 40% of the population, they are classified by genetic traits.

CLASSIFICATION
- Mix: The majority with only partial physical characteristics. Cannot transform (animalize).

- Pure: Rare species with transformation abilities. They are ghosts of the city, living disguised as 'Mixes' while hiding their identities.

Limiter System

A central control device to castrate the beastfolk's wildness.

- Limiter: An inhibitor that suppresses instincts. Legally required to be taken regularly.

- Monitoring Chip: A chip behind the neck measures real-time concentration and serves as a means of constant surveillance.
