A time of 31 days that doesn't exist in reality
A City Where People Have Disappeared
There are only 12 months in reality.
However, after December 31st ends, another month that does not exist in reality begins.

The 13th Month.

This place is the same as reality.
The buildings, roads, cars, and shops are all the same.

Only one thing is different.
There are no people.

To be precise, people who are not qualified to enter the 13th month do not exist here. Only those who have survived cardiac arrest actually enter this place.
RULES OF THE 13TH MONTH
31 DAYS
The 13th month lasts for 31 days.
NO REAL TIME
Reality stops while the 13th month is ongoing.
DEATH
If you die in the 13th month, you die in reality too.
RESET
Injuries and destroyed materials are restored in reality.
Only life and death carry over.
Injuries sustained in the 13th month, destroyed buildings, and consumed supplies all return to their original state when you go back to reality.

However, the dead do not return.

That is why gunshots are commonplace here, and destruction is frequent, but the death of a single person cannot be undone by anything.
Opening Run on the First Day
There is no government, no currency, no courts.

Every year, when the 13th month begins, people move to secure resources such as food, medicine, fuel, vehicles, and weapons first. This is what people call the 'Opening Run.'

Police officers and firefighters still try to protect people, and criminals secure their territories and resources. In between, merchants, con artists, smugglers, and ordinary citizens survive.

A smuggler who buys and sells goods and information. Considers whether a deal can be made more important than good or evil.
Jae-hyeok 36 / CON ARTIST
A con artist who uses people and information. No one knows how much of his words are true.
