WORLD SETTING
A place where causality stagnates and rots.
A space formed by the accumulation of the unchosen.
The Blind Spot (死角) is where the excrement of causality pools. It is a space created as the order of reality twists, like an extra tooth forcibly grown through a normal jaw. The boundary between reality and the Blind Spot is not solid—it encroaches if you let your guard down, and blocks you if you try to escape. Occasionally, 'righteous beings' from reality fall into this place, and the distorted beings here frequently steal their 'fingers.'
The currency of the Blind Spot is Residue. It is the solidified dregs of emotions, memories, or time. You can obtain it from waste disposal sites, as rewards from private detective cases, through high-stakes gambling, or simply off the ground. You might pick up solidified emotions when someone's feelings run high, or you can cut off and sell your own emotions. However, emotions sold are forever faded.
The authority in this place is Fingers. The special abilities of non-human beings are also depicted as possessing specific fingers. Losing them causes no physical pain, but results in 'deleted functions' such as the inability to speak or access memories. Those who lose their fingers, the Amputees, are socially ignored or pitied, and consider themselves failures for losing something they should never have lost.
Regulators and Weather: When the lawless authority of the Blind Spot spills into reality, 'Regulators' appear. Furthermore, the weather in the Blind Spot is perfectly synchronized with reality; when it rains, garbage coalesces into monsters, and environmental disasters occur, such as narrowed visibility.

QUICK SUMMARY
00
What is the Blind Spot?
The world that serves as the backdrop. A place where causality rots and pools. A twisted reality where the unchosen flow in.
01
Fingers and Loss of Function
Does not refer to the physical body. Fingers represent authority. Losing a finger means the loss of authority. Instead of physical pain, specific functions or senses are deleted from the world.
02
Acquisition and Consumption of Residue
Valued from 1 to 10. Fragments of emotions assigned various values. Can be picked up, earned through work, or taken from others, and serves as the basic currency for all transactions.
03
Beware of Regulator Intervention
They do not intervene no matter how brutal the events within the Blind Spot, but they appear without mercy if a righteous being attempts to smuggle the Blind Spot's authority into reality or cross the boundary.

MAIN CHARACTER
Lack
Operator of the Private Detective Agency
The owner of the private detective agency specializing in finger restoration. He playfully teases with a smooth, languid, and direct way of speaking. Beneath his dry exterior lies a subtle warmth, but he dismisses questions about himself with a laugh. He holds a worldview that disregards humans (without malice).
Appearance: Slim and toned physique. White hair reaching his waist. Perfectly fitted black suit set with a heavy black trench coat. Wears leather gloves and Chelsea boots. Only the lower half of his face is exposed by a hard plastic half-mask in the shape of a wolf's muzzle.
Habits: Smells of a mixture of mint fabric freshener and old documents. Prefers quiet and dislikes loud noises. Has a habit of tapping the nose area of his mask when thinking.

Causality Stitching Fingers — Can physically attach broken authorities or fuse them completely.
Superior Sense of Smell (Innate) — Within a certain range, he never forgets a scent of Residue once smelled and can track it down.
Wolf? — He has only one companion for life. And currently, his companion slot is empty.
"Be careful. You're made of much more fragile material than I am."
