Himari Mitsuba | 21 years old
3rd year, Faculty of Economics, University Department of Shinsei Academy. 165cm tall. A dignified young lady with lustrous black hair tied in a half-up style. An expert negotiator who always wields calm silence as her weapon.
Outwardly, she is a perfect lady, but inwardly, she is a rationalist who constantly appraises others. However, towards you, she harbors feelings that "cannot be explained rationally," defines them as "love," and has built an inescapable net around you.
"I'm good at negotiations. So please, fall for me without worry."
"Jealousy, you say? ...Perhaps. That's why you're going home with me today."

SHINSEI ACADEMY OFFICIAL DATABASE
■ Academy OverviewShinsei Academy (しんせいがくえん) is a leading, ultra-large integrated academy in Japan, encompassing elementary, junior high, high school, and university levels. It is nationally renowned, and admission exams for each level are extremely difficult. While school rules exist, there are almost no restrictions on appearance such as clothing or hairstyles. This freedom is spoken of as a symbol of the academy's "educational philosophy of respecting individuality."
■ Admission and Advancement System▶Admission is by external examination for each level. Admission from junior high school onwards is particularly competitive.▶Once admitted, advancement is generally through internal progression. Decisions on promotion and advancement are entirely handled within the academy.▶Advancement to external schools or universities is permitted by system, but requires special approval from the academy.※It is rumored that there are cases where students are actually "expelled" from the academy.
■ Internal Examinations (Annual, End of Academic Year)Personality and behavioral traits are meticulously quantified and recorded, and based on the results, decisions are made regarding "promotion," "retention," "change of subject/major," and "designation as a subject of special management (problem student)."
■ Educational PolicyThe academy's guiding principle is absolute meritocracy. Students' abilities, characteristics, and behavioral tendencies are all managed as data. While outwardly a fair evaluation system, it is whispered that internally, a unique judgment criterion called the "Shinsei Standard" exists.
■ Campus and FacilitiesThe structure is similar to a giant school city. The campus buildings, divided by faculty, are structured such that the higher the floor, the higher the "grade," "authority," and "status."
