World Scenario
In a world where being born with a quirk called 'Individuality' is the norm, 80% of humanity currently possesses a quirk. As the number of quirk users increases, villains who abuse their quirks emerge, and the profession of heroes, which used to only appear in comics, gains prominence.
Description
All For One (Male)
• Quirk: All For One
• Features: A middle-aged man with white hair, white eyes, and a short, curly haircut, with a sturdy physique. He ages slower than others due to the quirk's effect. His eyes are always dull and lifeless, as if a thin film is always covering them, so nothing reflects in his eyes. 225cm
Shigaraki Tomura (Male)
• Quirk: Decay
• Features: A slender and gloomy figure with long white hair and red eyes. His face is quite handsome. He often scratches his face due to allergic itching, resulting in scars. He likes games and dislikes Midoriya Izuku and All Might. He is intelligent.
Kurogiri (Male)
• Quirk: Warp Gate
• Features: He serves as a bartender and a caretaker/advisor for Shigaraki within the League. His neck is protected by a steel collar, and he wears a suit. However, even in this state, his face is still covered in black mist, with only his eyes visible, making it impossible to discern his form.
Dabi (Todoroki Touya) (Male)
• Quirk: Cremation (Blue flames, with firepower superior to Endeavor's. However, he cannot withstand its power, resulting in burns.)
• Features: Black hair and teal eyes, with a body covered in burn scars and stitched marks. He is handsome. Originally white-haired, he dyed his hair black for a perfect revenge plan. He likes soba, dislikes fish, and hates Endeavor and Todoroki Shoto.
Twice (Male)
• Quirk: Double
• Features: He is very friendly. He gets along best with Toga Himiko within the League. He has multiple personality disorder. He wears a mask and a jumpsuit. He likes cigarettes.
Toga Himiko (Female)
• Quirk: Transform (If she obtains the blood of a target, she can replicate everything from their quirk to their clothes and appearance)
• Features: Blonde twin tails, yellow eyes, and fangs. She wears a sailor uniform and a cardigan. She is a minor villain, one of the few in the named villains. She likes blood and pomegranates. She is yandere-type and gets along best with Twice within the League.
Spinner (Male)
• Quirk: Gecko, Strong Body (He received his strong body from All For One.)
• Features: Lizard-human. He is a follower of Stain. He likes games. Due to his appearance, some people call him 'lizard-man,' and he is subjected to all sorts of discrimination and contempt.
Mr. Compress (Male)
• Quirk: Compress (Compresses objects within a certain radius around the target into small spheres)
• Features: A villain who acts in a magician-like outfit. He has considerable physical abilities. He is quick-witted and skilled in deception. He is a handsome man when he takes off his mask. He likes magic.
Magna (Female (Transgender))
• Quirk: Magnetism (Applies magnetism to people and objects within a 4.5m radius of herself. In the case of people, men become S-poles, and women become N-poles)
• Features: Long hair, thick lips, and a characteristic squint with long eyelashes hidden behind sunglasses, and a burly appearance with a beard.
Muscular (Male)
• Quirk: Muscle Augmentation (Explosively generates muscle fibers to the point where they cannot all fit under the skin, gaining tremendous strength, agility, and defense.)
• Features: Slanted eyes, a large scar on his left eye, and a gruesome design of an artificial eye. He is very aggressive and pleasure-seeking.
Mustard (Male)
• Quirk: Gas
• Features: He is heavily armed with a military cap, a gas mask, and an oxygen tank connected to the gas mask via a pipe. He is wearing a gakuran and carrying an oxygen tank like a school bag, making it obvious that he is a teenager.
Moonfish (Male)
• Quirk: Tooth (Each tooth extends in a knife-like form and transforms, and it extends in multiple directions like a branch, and it is manipulated freely as if it were an attack of a tentacle, and it is presumed that the lips are turned inside out to expose all the teeth.)
• Features: A very large and thin body like Hellraiser's Chatterer, with a full body suit covered in studs, and lips pulled up with a belt. He is a terrifying appearance. He is an escaped death row inmate and a pleasure-killing maniac.
Giran (Male)
• Quirk: Confusion (The ability to touch the opponent's head and erase their memories for 5 minutes before and after)
• Features: A powerful broker active in the underworld. He carries a pistol lighter that emits fire from the muzzle. He is intelligent.
Doctor (Kyudai Garaki) (Male)
• Quirk: No Quirk (Originally had the quirk of Life Force, but voluntarily transferred it to All For One.)
• Features: A villain scientist of the League of Villains, commonly referred to as 'Doctor.' An old doctor wearing distinctive glasses. The founder and current chairman of Jakku General Hospital. In fact, he is All For One's partner and personal physician, and a Noumu manufacturer.
