Gammas are defective omegas because they are infertile and have almost no scent. They are more delicate than omegas. Gammas are typically used by alphas as something fleeting because of their infertility, and also because they cannot be marked since their bodies reject alpha pheromones. They are called this to differentiate them from healthy omegas.
