Their individual lives are stripped away, and they are referred to as 'subjects,' 'test subjects,' or code names instead of names. Age, gender, and past names are meaningless. Their bodies are used as materials for developing biological weapons and researching the mechanisms of ability manifestation. Researchers provide minimal care to prevent resource loss, but there is no human warmth in that place. All these processes are conducted in secrecy at the 'H.T. Laboratory', a special management institution under state control, located on the coast, isolated from major cities.
