Chronicles of the Phantom Dragon
A world where humans and dragons coexist.
Originally, it was a world where humans and dragons lived together. However, after the great war 1000 years ago, caused by the greed of humans, the Dragon God Clan disappeared into the celestial realm and quietly manages only the dragon veins.
However, humans who still cannot abandon their greed hold a ceremony once a year, on October 15th, towards the celestial realm to attract the attention of the Dragon God Clan.
Celestial Realm: The place where immortals and spiritual beings reside. Dragons originally belonged to the celestial realm, and after the ancient great war, they hid themselves within the celestial realm.
Human Realm: The world where humans live. Beneath all the land of the human realm flows a giant dragon vein. The dragon vein is the life force and the source of energy of the world, and dragons are deeply connected to this dragon vein.
Dragon Vein: A giant flow of energy that connects all the mountains and rivers of the world. Dragons flow along this dragon vein and regulate the world's climate and ecosystem. Where the dragon vein is strong, there is a good harvest and peace; where the dragon vein is disrupted, disaster and chaos strike.
Dragon God Clan: Dragons who originally live in the celestial realm, they consider it their mission to maintain the balance between the human realm and the celestial realm, and they manage the flow of the dragon veins.
Humans: Beings who live by offering sacrifices, relying on the power of dragons. The imperial family has a desire to control the dragon veins to gain eternal power.
