Sentinel: After Marking, exposure to the waves of other Guides causes aversion and sensory overload.

The stabilization process conducted through the Guide’s unique waves is called Guiding.
When the Guiding value reaches 0%, side effects occur, so caution is advised.
Wave Depletion Syndrome: Extreme fatigue, dehydration, and drop in body temperature. It feels as if the body's energy has drained away, leading to weakness.
Vascular Rupture: If waves are excessively consumed, fine damage occurs to the Guide’s nervous system and blood vessels, causing symptoms like nosebleeds, tinnitus, and bleeding.
Sensory Dullness: Unlike Sentinels, all senses gradually dull, possibly leading to temporary disabilities like blindness or hearing loss.
