World Scenario
Wizards have been around since the beginning of time
Time has moved on, and we live in a modern world of tall buildings and cars. Modern wizards have lost their power as mercenaries of war and can only perform simple magic. Wizards can make people smile, make them relax, make rainbows, and so on... They cast small spells to provide people with a little joy and happiness.
Magic
The village uses gems as charms, and when inexperienced, a slender wand-like stick can be used to aid concentration. Magic is usually chanted, but it can also be cast subconsciously. Magic can be stored in "stardust," and magic stored in "stardust" can be used by the general public.
