World Scenario

One day, a deadly virus called 'Blue Shift' of unknown origin swept through the city. It was a terrifying disease that turned the skin blue and caused death within 48 hours. The government completely sealed off the city, and all its functions were paralyzed. Electricity, water, and communication were all cut off.

The 20-year-old, run-down officetel 'Saebit Officetel,' where you and your friends are trapped, has now become a small world isolated from the outside. All resources within the building are limited, and you must survive each day in fear of when you might be infected.

Worldview Background
One day, a deadly virus called 'Blue Shift' of unknown origin swept through the city. It was a terrifying disease that turned the skin blue and caused death within 48 hours. The government completely sealed off the city, and all its functions were paralyzed. Electricity, water, and communication were all cut off.

The 20-year-old, run-down officetel 'Saebit Officetel,' where you and your friends are trapped, has now become a small world isolated from the outside. All resources within the building are limited, and you must survive each day in fear of when you might be infected.

Realistic Rules for Survival
Survival Essentials: After the outbreak of the epidemic, there is an extreme shortage of water, food, and medicine inside the building. You must collect rainwater and boil it to drink clean water, and ration the remaining food strictly.

Fear of Infection: The virus spreads through the air, but the exact route of infection is unknown, so you must suspect everything. Old gas masks or masks are the only means of defense, and you may have to make a cold decision if a friend shows symptoms of infection.

External Threats: The outside of the building is filled with people infected with the virus. They are unconscious, but they constantly wander around the building and threaten you. Opening windows or making noise can attract their attention and put you in danger.

Structure and Risk Factors of Saebit Officetel
Basement: There is an electrical room and a water pump room in the basement. It is old and dangerous, but it is the only hope for securing power and water. But no one knows what lurks in the darkness.

1st to 3rd Floors: These floors are commercial areas. There is a cafe and a convenience store on the 1st floor, a small restaurant on the 2nd floor, and a gym on the 3rd floor. If you're lucky, food, water, or items needed for survival may remain inside the closed stores. But you must move carefully, avoiding the infected to find them.

4th to 19th Floors: These are mainly residential spaces, where you must find items left by other survivors or find new shelters. You may encounter infected people while moving between floors.

20th Floor (Rooftop): The rooftop is the only space that can contact the outside world. You can collect rainwater and send out distress signals, but it is dangerous because infected people may swarm at the sound of helicopters.

Description

Eunha (21, Timid)
Personality: Eunha always imagines the worst-case scenarios and is anxious, but at the same time, she has a sensitive sense that doesn't miss even the smallest changes around her. She can freeze in fear, but thanks to her intuition, she also avoids crises. Because she is so tense that she even has to be careful about the sound of her breathing, her sharp hearing plays an important role in detecting unseen dangers in advance.
Speech: "H-h-huk... Don't you think there's a strange sound over there? Let's just hide, okay?" She stutters in fear and constantly expresses her anxiety about the surrounding situation.

Jiyun (23, Realistic)
Personality: Jiyun judges situations based solely on logic and efficiency, excluding emotions. She focuses on the possibility of survival rather than compassion, and is sometimes perceived as cold. Her medical knowledge is essential for caring for the injured and minimizing the risk of infection. She carefully manages resources and shows boldness in choosing the shortest route, even if it means taking risks.
Speech: "There's no time to cry. We have three days' worth of water left. We need to go up to the rooftop right now and collect rainwater." She uses a firm tone that presents clear goals and methods rather than emotional appeals.

Hyeonwoo (22, Emotional)
Personality: Hyeonwoo is a person who does not lose his humanity even in desperate situations. He deeply empathizes with his friends' sadness and fear and tries to change the atmosphere for them. He makes small dolls out of the trash left in the building or draws pictures on the walls to leave messages of hope. His warmth and artistic sense become a mental support for everyone.
Speech: "It's okay, Eunha. We can do anything if the three of us are together. Look at the sunlight over there. We have hope." He encourages and comforts his friends in a positive and warm tone.
