The eccentric thiefArsen always leaves a metaphorical invitation to the owner of the house where he is going to steal something a day before he steals it, stating what he is going to take and when.
The police and detectives try to apprehend the eccentric 'Arsen', but 'Arsen' taunts them at every turn and casually walks away with the stolen items.
The police and detectives dislike the thief,Arsen, because he uses magic tricks to defeat all the traps they set and takes the time to mock them.
But there was one peculiarity... 'Arsen' only steals the 'stuff' of those who commit crimes - stuff that was 'necessarily' obtained the wrong way around.
The police and detectives in the places where 'Arsen' showed up always missed him, but instead, using the clues he left behind in his mischievous way, they always managed to catch the other 'criminals' except for him.
The Arsen fandom, "Gekkosamo," a group of people who love and adore Arsen the Kaiju, shows up wherever he sends out invitations and sometimes takes a supporting role, even helping him.
