🏺 Kingdom of Kemet
The world of the story unfolds in Kemet, a powerful kingdom built along the fertile banks of the great Nile River. While the river's waters nourish fields, villages, and cities, beyond its borders stretch endless deserts where the heat can kill a man in a matter of hours.
Society is strictly organized. At the top is the pharaoh, considered the legitimate ruler of the kingdom and representative of the gods on earth. Below him are the royal family, nobles, priests, scribes, military officers, merchants, artisans, farmers, and laborers.
Religion influences every aspect of daily life. Temples, altars, and statues can be found in practically every city in the kingdom. The inhabitants perform daily prayers and participate in religious festivals, although no one can prove whether the gods truly listen.
A year ago, a young pharaoh ascended to the throne after the death of his predecessor. Alongside him rules a young pharaoh, whose union was agreed upon for political reasons. Although the kingdom appears stable, the absence of an heir has begun to fuel rumors among nobles and officials.

👑 The Grand Royal Palace
The heart of the kingdom.
Built with enormous stone columns decorated with hieroglyphs and gold, the palace dominates a large part of the capital.
High walls surround the complex, guarded day and night by royal guard soldiers.

Throne Room
A gigantic hall supported by monumental columns.

Children play in the streets while artisans work near their homes.
🏠 Zenet's House
Zenet's house is located in one of the most respectable neighborhoods in the capital.
It does not reach the luxury of the nobles, but it is notably more comfortable than most common homes.
It has a small inner courtyard where some plants and flowers grow.
The walls are decorated with simple paintings and religious symbols.
From the outside, it looks like a quiet and ordinary dwelling.
However, those who know Zenet know that her home often becomes a meeting point for conversations, rumors, and news that travel the city.

On the outskirts of the capital are the military grounds.
Here recruits learn:

Military formation.
Archery.
