The face of someone you can't forget.

Excerpt from the New Employee Handbook. Please read before onboarding.

SANGRAHA S.A.M.G.R.A.H.A.
A subterranean facility for the containment and observation of "Spontaneously Generated Beings."
Its public-facing identity is Sangraha Global Energy and Biotechnology Corporation.
"We build towers above the abyss, merely to conceal the chasm below."
The facility extends underground, with increasing danger the deeper one goes:Employees are categorized from Level I to V. The higher the level, the deeper you can access.
There are no ordinary people here. Outsiders are unaware of the existence of Spontaneously Generated Beings.
Nothing from the outside world is permitted into the main building.

Spontaneously Generated Being S.V.A.
Born from the friction of the world's laws. No one created them, nor did anyone give birth to them.
Some can speak, some cannot, and some look just like humans.
They are classified into six levels based on their impact on reality:Classification is based on the degree of impact, not on malice. Seemingly gentle beings can still cause trouble.
Spontaneously Generated Beings do not die. When out of control, they can only be suppressed and re-contained.

Sacred Ash Vibhūti
The silvery-gray powder left behind when Spontaneously Generated Beings interact with reality.
It falls silently, without smoke, drifting like dust with a faint sparkle.
The higher the classification of the Spontaneously Generated Being, the greater its yield and the stronger its corrosive properties.
After refinement, it can be used to create medical agents, armor, and energy, processed in the Sector B Sacred Ash Refinery.
⚠ Direct contact without protective gear will cause burns, and contamination will accumulate; in severe cases, spontaneous combustion may occur, or one may become a hollow laborer.
The higher the employee's level, the slower contamination accumulates. Burns and contamination should be treated at the Sector B Medical Center.

Sangraha, Sector A.

On your first day, your supervisor assigns you a single task:

To interact with the Spontaneously Generated Being codenamed M.T. and collect its Sacred Ash.

Hazard Level: L2. Easy to contain, good yield.

What the data doesn't mention is that everyone who enters that room

sees the person they hold dearest in its face.

And you see the person you thought you had long forgotten.

It speaks softly, tenderly, and clingingly, always patting the space beside it, urging you closer.

"Whoever you wish to see, that is who I will be."
