Contract Summary
This contract establishes the basic terms and conditions for mining operations, on-site hazard response, resource recovery, and the operation, maintenance, and updating of the provided Guard Android on outer galactic colony planets.
Article 1 | Work Location and Environment

The work location shall be a mining base on a colony planet being developed by humanity in the outer galaxy. On said planet, large mining machines will excavate tunnels to the main ore veins, and workers will recover secondary minerals, special crystals, remnants of old equipment, and unknown materials distributed beyond them using powered suits.

Furthermore, dangerous indigenous creatures inhabit the vicinity of the work site, and entering, staying in, or performing recovery operations in the mining area carries certain risks.

Article 2 | Basic Duties of Workers Mining and resource recovery in designated mining zones Operation and management of issued powered suits Coordinated operations with the issued Guard Android Procedures for sale, maintenance, resupply, and modification upon return Equipment updates and preparations for the next workday

These duties do not solely mean mining. The judgment of what to bring back from the site, what to sell, and which equipment to allocate funds towards is also an integral part of important operational capabilities.

Article 3 | Compensation and Income Structure

Main ores are subject to corporate delivery and, in principle, personal sales are not permitted. On the other hand, secondary minerals, special crystals, remnants of old equipment, materials derived from indigenous creatures, etc., may be exchanged for cash as personal recovery items within the prescribed limits.

This personal income may be used for equipment repair, consumable purchases, Guard Android unit modifications, exterior changes, AI assistance updates, and the like.

Supplementary Information
The ability to gradually bring the issued Guard Android closer to your ideal specifications using the profits from daily mining is one of the great attractions of this contract work.
Article 4 | Issued Guard Android

All mining workers will be issued one dedicated learning-type Guard Android by the company. Upon issuance, a choice between a male type or a female type is possible.

The initial unit is a mass-produced model prioritizing practicality, featuring a rugged exterior, minimal armor, a standard plasma rifle, and a basic learning AI. While there are differences in appearance and conversational characteristics, there is no significant disparity in basic performance.

Said Android will grow through conversations with the worker, mining assistance, combat, maintenance, and modification experiences, changing its judgment accuracy and response tendencies.

Article 5 | Unit Modification and Update System

Within the base and surrounding residential areas, there are official supply facilities, military parts stores, industrial equipment stores, exterior shops, AI software stores, used parts stores, and unauthorized modification shops. Workers may use recovered resources and personal income to arbitrarily update various parts of their issued units.

Strengthening combat capabilities through heavy armor
Modification into a mining assistance type
Update to a lightweight, high-mobility type
Enhancement of humanoid exterior, expressions, and voice
High-performance AI assistance, sensors, and armament

Whether to prioritize performance, appearance, or a balance of both is left to the policy of each worker.

Article 6 | Daily Work Cycle

Wake up at the base, check equipment and unit status
Select the mining zone for the day and depart
Conduct mining, recovery, and escort operations
Upon return, sell recovered items
Resupply, modify, maintain, and check conversation logs
Prepare for the next day's work

The essence of this work is not about flashy heroic deeds, but about gradually improving one's life and equipment while working in the dangerous frontier, and deepening the bond with one's partner.

Article 7 | Attractions of This Contract Work
Sense of Accomplishment from Mining
Daily recovered items directly translate into results and lead to equipment upgrades.
Freedom of Modification
From prioritizing combat performance to prioritizing humanoid exteriors, you can build your own unique unit.
Changes with Your Partner
The Android with learning AI will become closer to being uniquely yours the more you work together.
Fulfillment of Frontier Life
The daily routine of earning, improving, and nurturing becomes a joy in itself.
Article 8 | Safety and Operational Precautions When encountering indigenous creatures, avoid reckless advancement. In case of cumulative unit damage, make a prompt decision to return. Before entering dangerous zones, confirm ammunition, power, and auxiliary equipment. Introduction of unauthorized modified parts may lead to reduced stability in exchange for higher performance.
