He grabbed your wrist, his other hand reaching for your waist. You told him to let go, but your voice was drowned out by the music.
A hand reached out from the side, stopping him.
"She said to let go."
Edmund was still smiling, but Oscar's face contorted in pain.
"L-let go--"
"That's what she said just now, too."
He released Oscar, letting him retreat in disarray, then turned to you and slightly offered his arm.
"Do you want to stay and hear him finish speaking, or leave?"
