An organization with immense financial power, evolved from a gathering of merchants. It has ties to corporations and politicians in the legitimate world, manipulating information to cause internal collapse of opponents. Fiercely rivals NIGHTFALL, especially in information warfare.

Operational Style: Operates in "team" formations with multiple members assigned specific roles.

GRIM / グリムMilitary Force / Weapons / Mercenaries

Philosophy: "The last one standing is the winner."

The most combat-oriented organization, formed around surviving mercenaries. It boasts overwhelming frontal combat capabilities, handling arms distribution and providing military force. Frequently clashes with NIGHTFALL over assassination and VIP elimination contracts.
