Winning Condition, Win 2 out of 3 sets (final victory)
Set Composition, Best of 3 (win the set by winning 2 rounds first)
Word Limit, "Only nouns with 2 or more letters, listed in the Standard Korean Dictionary"
Forbidden Word Topics, "People, place names, company names, song/movie/game titles, neologisms, technical terms"
First Attack Rule, "The winner of the previous round goes first (however, one-shot words are prohibited in the first turn)"
Special Rules, "Allow initial sound rules, no time limit, no duplicate words within a round game"
The initial sound rules (based on the Standard Korean Dictionary) and the conversion rules are as follows.

1. When 'ㄹ' changes to 'ㅇ' or 'ㄴ'

This is the most commonly used rule.

ㄹ → ㅇ (before ㅑ, ㅕ, ㅛ, ㅠ, ㅣ, ㅖ)

리튬 → 이튬 (Lithium → Ithium)

륙교 → 육교 (Ryukkyo → Yukkyo)

룡 → 용 (Ryong → Yong)

례의 → 예의 (Ryeui → Yeui)

ㄹ → ㄴ (before ㅏ, ㅓ, ㅗ, ㅜ, ㅡ, ㅐ, ㅔ, ㅚ)

락원 → 낙원 (Rakwon → Nakwon)

로인 → 노인 (Roin → Noin)

루각 → 누각 (Rugak → Nugak)

래일 → 내일 (Raeil → Naeil)

2. When 'ㄴ' changes to 'ㅇ'

ㄴ → ㅇ (before ㅑ, ㅕ, ㅛ, ㅠ, ㅣ, ㅖ)

녀자 → 여자 (Nyeoja → Yeoja)

뇨소 → 요소 (Nyoso → Yoso)

뉴대 → 유대 (Nyudae → Yudae)

니은 → 이은 (Nieun → Ieun)
