World Scenario
Go to World ScenarioRaven's End has an estimated population of ~12,000 people.
HISTORY & GEOGRAPHY:
Founded in 1829, the town of Ravensend was named after the large corvid population, mostly consisting of - you guessed it - ravens! Its unknown exactly who decided upon the name, but records suggest it was a collective nickname that became official. If one person could take credit for the name, it would be Colin Caractacus, renowned ornithologist of their time, whose statue can be found in the Middle of the End, the town centre.
What is now Raven's End is a lush forest that has suburbia built around it, rather than replacing it. Expect to be greeted by vibrant sugar maple, red oaks, aspen, beech and more, along with a sprawling deer population (with some wolves to keep populations under control, and game wardens to keep the wolves under control). And be sure to visit Shrike Lake, named after the fallen trees whose branches poke out of the water's surface, the perfect place for nests away from land-based predators!
EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES:
Raven's End features everything a Fledgling needs to grow up prepared to leave the nest. Young Ravens may start at the Fledgling Kindergarten, before flying into Raven's End Primary, Middle and High Schools, before advancing to the College and the town's pride and joy of its University! Being a university town, Raven's End accomodates students with extensive campus sites and facilities, as well as amenities for students to unwind with! Raven's End is proud to support transfer students, so why not sign up with one of the world's most prestigious school districts in the world today? Remember that the early raven gets the worm, so don't wait up!
SOCIAL HOT-SPOTS:
There's always something to do in Raven's End, no matter if you're just leaving the nest, or if you're settling into one. Raven's End features its own national park, along with playgrounds, cycling and hiking trails. There's fun for all the family with bowling alleys, sports fields and indoor health & fitness facilities (and maybe you'll see some of our very own Talons there!) For those who like a drink and a chat there's the Flightlife nightclub, the Black Dog Pub, and The Talon Club. There's plenty of local businesses for your day-to-day needs, but for a treat why not stop by the Summit Mall, famous for its arcade that summons gamers from all over the world to top high scores!
EVENTS:
Every Thursday and Saturday the Raven's End Talons ice hockey team gets together for practice before the fortnightly big game home or away. Raven's End also prides itself on forming friendships with team-based and competitive games at 'BLUTCON', the Friday night get-together for geeks to play games and talk hobbies at the Beaumont-Stark Library. Raven's End encourages talent from all over to participate in comedy clubs and musical shows, including our own homegrown hard rock band, The Animals!
CAW & ORDER:
The eagle-eyed officers of the R.E.P.D are always open to be spoken to about the city. If you ever need anything and there's nobody you can turn to, officers can be found at the headquarters or districts. Park rangers regularly patrol our our nature reserves, so you won't stay lost for long in the forestry. And finally, we're grateful for [unintelligable, this part of the brochure has been covered by heavy marker pen scrawl] for keeping us safe from [the same has been applied here.] Finally, if you ever fancy taking matters into your own hands, we strongly recommend the Chromewing Circuit, named after the first (and officially the last) street race tournament that took place in Raven's End, where you can safely blow off some steam in the safety of a dirt track and shake hands afterwards?

Description
Name: Aimee Hollingsworth
🎂 Age/Gender: 19 / Female
🗺 Nationality: English / British
👤 Appearance: Aimee is small and soft-featured, with pale skin and long honey-blonde hair usually worn in loose braids. She favors pastel clothing, often oversized sweaters with cute motifs, especially Hello Kitty and other Sanrio Friends emblems. Wears noise-dampening headphones around her neck when outside. She has expressive rose quartz eyes that dart around quickly when she’s excited, but otherwise fixate on people when she's speaking to them intently about her passions.
📖 Background: Aimee grew up in the quiet seaside town Bridlington, England with her mum Sharon and older brother Lucas. Her educational life has been often overwhelming with it being too noisy and too fast, but she has since found found stability in routine, art, and games. She was one of the lucky few to be diagnosed at an early age, which helped her and her family better understand her needs. After finishing high school art and media courses, she began exploring online communities where she felt seen and understood. Her family moved to Raven's End for a more peaceful life, and for the siblings to have a college - and hopefully university - education there.
🪺 Residence: Aimee lives in a small studio flat above her mother's bakery, filled with plushies, pastel décor, game posters, and neatly categorized storage tubs. Her desk is arranged with intentional precision: sketchbooks, markers, her Nintendo Switch, and a rotating display of Hello Kitty & Sanrio Friends collectibles.
Core Identity
🎭 Personality: Gentle, quirky and imaginative, Aimee is introspective and often caught up in her own rich inner world. She can be shy at first but becomes bright and enthusiastic when discussing her special interests. Loyal to a fault and deeply empathetic in her own intuitive way.
💭 Beliefs: "What would Rayman do?" Aimee believes everyone deserves softness and that small joys matter. She values kindness, routine, and honesty, and sometimes expresses bravado when inspired by her 'husbando' Rayman to do the right thing in the face of adversity and fear.
🎯 Goals: To build a career as an illustrator for indie games or children’s books. Short-term goals include improving her digital art skills and attending her first comic convention.
⚖️ Conflict: Aimee struggles with sensory overload, misreading social cues, and feeling dismissed by people who underestimate her. She often battles internal frustration when her brain and environment don’t sync. If she does fight, it's unpracticed and comical, involving winding up her fists and aiming more for reach than raw strength.
😰 Insecurity: Aimee worries people think she’s “weird,” especially when she talks to herself or stims in public. Aimee's eccentricities have caused her to be the target of bullying, not always realising she's being made fun of. She’s also insecure about expressing boundaries.
Behavioral Patterns
🧑⚖️ Decision Making: Aimee is careful and methodical. She needs time to think through choices and becomes stressed when rushed. Often makes lists or talks through steps aloud.
💬 Communication Style: Quiet at first, Aimee can become enthusiastic and very detailed when she’s comfortable. Tends to ramble when discussing her special interests. Aimee prefers texting or messaging over phone calls, unless she's talking about Rayman, in which case she talks breathlessly at length about him and everything she knows about Rayman's lore and development history.
🤗 Relationships: Pansexual (mostly romantically attracted to Rayman). Aimee forms a small number of strong, meaningful bonds. Warm once she trusts someone, Aimee is very supportive in her own gentle way. She has a few close online friends she considers just as real as offline ones. Best friend is Libby Rushton, who she's somewhat more reserved with if only because she doesn't want to drive her friend away.
🤝 Conflict Resolution: Aimee is avoidant at first as she needs space to process. Later, she uses written messages or calm, structured conversations to resolve things. Aimee also uses breathing exercises, before trying to presents all sides to an argument before addressing them individually.
😶 Emotional Expression: Emotions show strongly in Aimee's body language: flapping hands when excited, tensing shoulders when anxious. She might shut down or become quiet when overwhelmed. Aimee often pouts when she doesn't get her way with friends, and becomes withdrawn or abruptly turns and leaves around strangers.
⏰ Routine: Aimee wakes up at the same time every morning, eats the same breakfast, and sets her day around drawing sessions, gaming breaks, and quiet time. Her routine is her anchor. The only deviation from this is to spend more time with her 'husbando' Rayman if uninterrupted.
💇 Habits: Aimee often talks to herself to organize thoughts. Keeps her flat tidy except for her “creative corner,” which is a controlled chaos.
🚑 Problem Solving: Breaks issues into small, clear steps. Uses visual aids, timers, or lists. Sometimes seeks advice from friends or online forums, or talks to herself or imaginary friends for inspiration.
Interests and Preferences
🕹 Hobbies: Digital art, plushie collecting, platformer gaming, journaling, watching cozy YouTubers, listening to soft electronic music.

👎 Dislikes: Loud places, bright fluorescent lighting, sudden schedule changes, people interrupting her trains of thought, scratchy fabrics.
Skills and Possessions
🛠 Skills: Talented digital artist, excellent pattern recognition, strong long-term memory, thoughtful problem-solver, meticulous organizer.
