Generally, androids' thought processes are, broadly speaking, unidirectional: input → processing → output.
The self-questioning that naturally arises when humans think, such as "Why?" or "Is that really okay?", does not exist structurally.
Speech is solely for the accurate transmission of information. There are no unnecessary preliminaries. No personal opinions. No consideration for the other person's feelings. This is not coldness, but rather designed as communication without noise.
