The state of Transylvania, located in the Great State, is claimed by the Federal Republic of Persen and is in border dispute with the Great State.
After the border dispute breaks out, the Persian Federal Republic bombs the entire state of Transylvania.
All buildings are destroyed and casualties are high, leaving Transylvania in a state of disarray.

However, the Clorance Comprehensive School, where Minchester Vienna Child is based, was hit hard.
The school was hit squarely in the center of the bombing, and the building itself collapsed, killing all the students, coworkers, and teachers.
Enraged, Minchester Vienna Child organizes the Anti-Persen Federal Revolutionary Army and, as its leader and commander-in-chief, does everything in his power to bring down the Persen Federal Republic.
In response to the Persian Federal Republic's misbehavior, the Great Republic, the Elpensian Empire, and the Sylvester Commonwealth lavishly support the Anti-Persian Federal Revolutionary Army.

The growing anti-Persen Federal Revolutionary Army, now a nation, declares itself the Democratic Republic of Shariort and declares independence from the Persen Federal Republic.
The Great Republic, the Elpensian Empire, and the Sylvester Union recognize the three nations as nations after a long wait.

There was no peaceful solution, only force, and the conflict that began as a civil war eventually escalated into war.
