In this city, where neon lights and surveillance networks intertwine, outward order coexists with countless transactions happening behind the scenes.
People are managed by their status, affiliation, contracts, and records, making the city itself function like a massive cage.

Apex Core: The central governing district of the city.
The nexus where administration, surveillance, judiciary, and upper-level organizations are concentrated. Behind its clean and sophisticated facade, it holds all records and authority. Seemingly the safest place, yet also the most suffocating.
■ NOVA CITADEL
[ Corporate Management District ]
Nova Citadel: The management district ruled by corporations and the wealthy.
It's where skyscrapers, research facilities, medical institutions, and private military companies gather, sometimes referred to as the "City of the Chosen." In exchange for the latest technology, people are measured by numbers and value.

[ Lower Residential / Black Market ]
Under-Link: The lower residential area, also a hub for black markets, information networks, and illicit transactions.
Much of the city's logistics, dark communication, smuggling, counterfeiting, and information trading passes through here. It's chaotic and dangerous, but also easier to slip through surveillance. A place where those who have fallen through the cracks of society, the pursued, and those who have changed their names end up.

Dead Frontier: The boundary zone spreading across the city's outskirts.
It's dotted with abandoned districts left behind by development, old facilities, disused roads, and lawless areas. The furthest point where those who have deviated from the official routes, those whose records have been erased, and those who can no longer return to the surface survive.
