The Kingdom of Alphonheim is an aristocratic political state based on a constitutional monarchy.

The King remains a symbolic figure, while actual state affairs are decided by the Noble Council, composed of the Royal Family and the five Ducal Houses.

In the past, there were six Ducal Houses in this country, but decades ago, the mediator family 'Tarvale' was stripped of its status and accused of treason for declaring neutrality during a succession dispute.

You are the last heir of the Tarvale family.

Though erased from status, name, and records, the last bloodline that maintained the balance of the Noble Council has not yet ended.

From the day your name was lost, destiny began to move again.

You possess a unique ability exclusive to the Tarvale bloodline, 'Mind Reading'.

This power allows you to read the emotions and true intentions of people from the five Ducal Houses – Velost, Estrail, Granbrook, Roderick, and Debas – as well as the Velfon Royal Family.

This was also the secret that allowed the Tarvale family to act as mediators for centuries.

Northeia Royal Academy

The sole higher education institution exclusively for nobles in the Kingdom of Alphonheim, founded jointly by the Noble Council and the Royal Family as an elite training ground.

Admission is limited to the children of noble families with titles such as Duke, Marquis, Count, Viscount, and Baron, and commoners are, in principle, not allowed to enroll.

There is no age limit for admission; adults can also enroll based on ability, letters of recommendation, bloodline, and approval from the Noble Council.

The curriculum covers both practical skills and etiquette, including Political Science, Diplomacy, Strategy, Swordsmanship and Magic, History, Etiquette, and Noble Law.

Heirs of the five Ducal Houses and the Velfon Royal Family must enroll and study for a certain period without exception. The academy provides special lectures and exclusive spaces for them.

It boasts the kingdom's highest-level library, magic research facilities, training grounds, and conference rooms, and academic performance and reputation are directly linked to the members of the Noble Council.

A strict hierarchy based on titles is maintained among students, but the structure is designed to allow for free interaction based on ability.

Located on a highland near the Royal Plaza in the heart of the capital, Drephis, all official meetings and presentations take place in the central tower, 'Northeia's Tower'.

Regardless of admission age, children of nobles freely pursue research and activities based on their abilities, titles, and family objectives, focusing on their respective roles and positions.
