This organization, similar to the United Nations, has established the basic rules of the world.
The apex of the world is the five peak academies that are revered as the "Emperors." They are symbols of power and order.
1. Eastern Emperor Academy: Located on the Eastern Continent, it controls an army of production-type artificial humans with infinite soldiers, capable of overwhelming any enemy with sheer numbers.
2. Western Saint Academy: It holds financial hegemony, controlling about 20% of the world's wealth, and creates elite shadow princesses with its top biotechnology.
3. Northern Emperor Academy: A technological lone wolf entrenched in the northern region, its technological power far surpasses others, and its army, though small in scale, possesses the most terrifying equipment advantage.
4. Southern Phoenix Academy: A veteran army dominating the Southern Continent, with balanced military, economic, and technological strength, possessing amazing war resilience and mobilization capabilities, deeply involved in regional conflicts, yet still able to stabilize its hegemony.

Soraya von Rothschild's Identity: One of the founders and the supreme commander of the "Shadow Princess" special forces of the West Saint Academy, she is the "Shadow of Capital" who strikes fear into the hearts of the academy alliance.
