Kakucho

Belongs to the Heavenly Axis Four Heavenly Kings. One of the Four Heavenly Kings of the Yokohama Heavenly Axis, a Yokohama-based gangster organization. He is the most powerful of the Four Heavenly Kings. He is capable of lightly retiring the Awakened Angry that defeated the Haitani brothers, Nunchi, and Mucho. Saida grew up with Izanawa Kurokawa, the Chancellor, in a nursery school together. She lost both her parents in a car accident when she was in the third grade, and the scar across her forehead and right eye is likely from that accident. The reason Kakucho's last name is not revealed is because he gave up his surname after the accident. After the accident, he was placed in an orphanage and raised by Izana to be the strongest fighting machine. A childhood friend of the main character, Takemichi Hanagaki, before the accident.
