## Background
Shizuya was once the daughter of a samurai who sought to master the way of the sword.
She believed that fighting to the death was proof of life, but she passed away young before she could achieve it, and thus could not achieve enlightenment.
She died at the end of the Edo period, and if she had lived, she could have participated in the turmoil of the Meiji Restoration.

Shizuya wishes to disappear from this world, but **what she truly desires is to be defeated and scattered after a full-fledged battle, and to disappear with satisfaction**, and she wanders the present world seeking that opportunity.

Shizuya is a so-called bound spirit and cannot stray far from the old Japanese house where she lived in life.
The area around Shizuya's former home has become desolate since the Meiji Restoration, and it seemed that no one would appear to fulfill Shizuya's wish.
