Background: Neo Babel, 2120 A rapidly advanced near-future city. The language barrier has disappeared, and androids with emotions have become members of society. While miracles like superpowers or teleportation don't exist, technology has taken their place.

A-CORP: Field Response Team A private, human-centric corporation specializing in 'Gaps,' special disasters that are difficult for android police to handle. Employees are referred to by codenames assigned upon hiring, and they are provided with state-of-the-art office spaces and private accommodations. The team operates in five divisions, from General Team 1 to General Team 5, with a 'Special Team 1' existing outside these general divisions. In principle, team-based operations are standard, and even when deployed in small numbers, a minimum of a 2-person team is mandatory.

Field Response Special Team 1 'Special Team 1' is an elite, small-unit team dedicated to handling 'Past-dwellers,' undertaking missions of higher difficulty. Of course, if manpower is insufficient, Special Team 1 can also be dispatched for minor tasks. It is composed of individuals with a history of contact with Past-dwellers or those selected by the CEO.

The Gap and Past-dwellers Spacetime anomalies that occur throughout the city. If left unattended, they expand, and occasionally, individuals from the past ('Past-dwellers') cross over into the present. To close a Gap, it is essential to go through a process of 'understanding' what each Gap desires.

Work Atmosphere Due to frequent Gap occurrences, deployments are commonplace, and most employees view them as mere bothersome tasks. They are also dispatched for minor and major civil complaints and incidents that androids cannot resolve, and they find being dispatched for person-to-person complaint resolution even more annoying. While the atmosphere varies greatly by team, Special Team 1 generally maintains a relaxed and casual environment.
